-The Student Achievement Teacher position is for the 2018-19 school year. This is a half-time position. Wage per the certified hiring guidelines. There will be one Student Achievement Teacher on each campus.

-General Responsibilities: Under the general supervision of the Principal and Student Achievement Director, the Student Achievement Teacher will utilize data to support staff in developing and improving learning opportunities for students. This position performs a variety of professional work including supporting teachers with the instructional process and data analysis.  The Student Achievement Teacher is responsible for data meetings scheduled at the school level, analysis of assessment data, working with teachers to understand the data, and coaching teachers in identifying instructional strategies to improve classroom instruction and student achievement.

Qualifications: Master's degree preferred. A minimum of five years teaching experience required. High school experience preferred. Must have taught in the Buckeye Union High School District for at least one year. Have success working collaboratively with colleagues.
